Overview

Invoice Generator - AI PDF is designed with privacy as a core principle. Your invoice data never leaves your device. We do not collect, store, or have access to any of your invoices, client information, or financial data.

Data We Collect

We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate the app:

• App analytics: Anonymous crash reports and usage statistics via Apple/Google standard analytics. No personally identifiable information is included.
• Purchase history: Subscription status is managed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play and is never transmitted to our servers.
• AI processing: When you use the AI Text-to-Invoice feature, your input text is sent to our AI service for processing and immediately discarded. It is not stored, logged, or associated with your identity.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• Invoice content (client names, amounts, addresses)
• Your name, email, or contact information
• Payment or financial information
• Device identifiers beyond what Apple/Google requires
• Location data

Local Storage

All invoices, client records, and settings are stored locally on your device using secure on-device storage. Premium users may optionally enable iCloud or Google Drive sync; this is controlled entirely by you and subject to Apple's and Google's own privacy policies.

GDPR Compliance

We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Because we do not collect personal data from app usage, there is no personal data to access, correct, or delete. For any questions, contact us at info@milvasoft.com.

Third-Party Services

The app integrates with Apple App Store and Google Play for purchases. These platforms have their own privacy policies which govern data collected during transactions.

Changes to This Policy

We will update this page if our privacy practices change. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
