1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using Invoice Generator - AI PDF ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Invoice Generator - AI PDF is a mobile application that allows users to create, manage, and export professional invoices. The app includes an AI-powered feature that converts natural language descriptions into invoice form data.

3. Subscriptions

The App offers a free tier and a Premium subscription. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may cancel at any time through your app store account settings.

A 7-day free trial is available for new Premium subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or decompile the App
  • Use the AI feature to generate fraudulent invoices
  • Attempt to bypass subscription or license checks

5. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, and all related intellectual property are owned by Milvasoft. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or business invoicing purposes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that invoices generated by the AI feature are legally compliant in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for verifying that invoices meet local legal and tax requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Milvasoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
